Every morning to rehydrate and start my day off right I have:

  • 500ml Water
  • 1 Squeezed Lemon
  • 5-10g Creatine
  • 0.5-1 tspn of Sea Salt

Optional (Depending on training cycle)

  • 1 scoop Beta Alanine

ROB'S DAILY PROTEIN STACK

My go to post workout smoothie is:

  • 2 scoops Whey Protein
  • 5-8 Brazil Nuts (natural source of selenium + extra crunch)
  • 1-2 tspn Falxseed
  • 200-300ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 30-50g Oats
  • 1 Banana
